This guide leads you, as an organizer, through the creation of your first tickets – The guide is intended for new and first-time users.

Creating tickets

The next step is to create tickets. This is done by selecting “Tickets” under the tab at the top of the page. Once you have done this you will be sent to a page similar to the image below, after which you must click “Create ticket”.

Select the Ticket tab and then click Create Ticket

Then you need to fill in the necessary information about the individual tickets.

This information is:

  • Name of the ticket
    • Here you do not write whole events name just a ticket name eg. Partout, Entrance, Adult or similar.
  • A description
    • Here you can add a short description. max 250 credits.
  • Price in whole punds/kronor (incl. VAT)
    • This price is inclusive of Tikkios 4% commission fee.
  • Number of tickets
    • Here is how many tickets you want to put for sale of this type.
  • When should the tickets be put up for sale?
    • filled in, the tickets are put up for sale immediately, but cannot be seen again by anyone before the event is published
  • Max number of tickets per transaction
    • Automatically set to 50 tickets per transaction.
  • Additional information
    • Here you can add additional information that you want to answer. There are a number of pre-settings available. If you have other than the ones on the list, please contact us so we can add them.

Once this is completed you can scroll down the page and click “Save”. You have now created your first ticket and it will be visible on the event page as shown below:

Your ticket is now created and you can repeat this step until you have created all the different ticket types you wish to offer.

TL;DR

When you create your tickets, you must relate to the following 7 information:

  • Name of the ticket
  • A description
  • Price in whole punds/kroner (incl. VAT)
  • Number of tickets
  • When tickets must be put up for sale?
  • Number of tickets per transaction
  • Additional information
