This guide leads you, as an organizer, through the publication of your first event – The guide is intended for new and first-time users.

Publication of the event

The last and final part is publishing. As seen in the picture below, the event is not published until you click on the “Publish event“.

You would thus be able to change the ticket types, the ticket prices and the other event information as you wish without it being seen by others.

Only when you click on the “Publish event” and the small indicator lights up green, your event is visible to the public. Then you can freely share the link to the event on your Facebook page, your website etc.

You can still correct most information even after the event is published. Each time you save after making changes, the published information is automatically updated.

The event can also always be withdrawn if you change your publication plan.

Only when you press the Publish Event button, your event will be visible to the public. Until then you can change freely in your event information and ticket types etc.

TL;DR

  • The event not published before you click on the “Publish event”
  • When the indicator lights up green, the event has been published

You are always welcome to contact us if you need help with setting up event and ticket details. The easiest way is to write to us in the live chat, which is available on all pages of Event Manager.
