Tikkio is an intermediary between you as a buyer and organizers as a seller. This purchase is a transaction between you. Tikkio cannot under any circumstances be held liable in any event, claims against the organizer, including refunds of tickets, etc.
Accepted payment methods
Tikkio accepts the following payment methods: VISA and Mastercard. The transaction is processed by our supplier, Nets. The website is secured with SSL technology, the solution complies with national and international security standards and is PCI compliant. Your card details are not stored by Tikkio in any way.
Prices and availability
It is the organizers, not Tikkio, who determine the prices and number of tickets and items for sale. The tickets are sold through sales channels such as internet and mobile technology.
Canceled, postponed or relocated events
The organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone or move any event. Purchased tickets for a changed event can in principle be refunded by contacting the organizer directly. The organizer is responsible for all refunds and communication to ticket buyers in connection with any event. changes to an event - but Tikkio may, by separate agreement with the organizer, assist in the actual execution of these services.
Specifically for events with more than 5 scheduled performing names, the organizer reserves the right to change the program of performers without the obligation to refund purchased tickets prior to the changes.
If you as a buyer are entitled to a refund, Tikkio's commission (4% of the transaction amount) will not be refundable - you will receive our service already in connection with the purchase and it can't be returned or undone.
Gift cards have a validity of 1 year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. The gift card can only be used for events organized by the particular organizer to whom the card is linked. In the event of the organizer's liquidation as a business or affiliation with Tikkio as a ticket supplier, any claim from the gift card holder can only be directed at the organizer.
Conversions are made with the full, transactional amount of the selected tickets - there are no fees for you as a buyer. When you confirm this conversion, your original order is canceled, the selected tickets become invalid and you receive a new order confirmation. Any claim against the organizer in connection with your original order is waived.
Your tickets will be sent to your user account's registered email address shortly after your payment is completed. You can also find your tickets by logging into your account on our website.
Regretting your purchase
The organizer is under no obligation to refund your purchase if you are unable to redeem your purchased tickets or otherwise regret the purchase.
How to change user information
Once you have registered a user account on our platform, you will be able to log in and see your tickets and edit your personal information.
In the event that Tikkio doubts your entered information, we reserve the right to contact you by telephone or at the e-mail address you have provided before we release your tickets. If you don not reply within a reasonable period of time, we will cancel your order without further notice. Your purchased ticket can thus be sold to a new customer instead.
When you visit or use our website, you agree that you may only do this for private use. Without special permission from Tikkio, you may not distribute, modify, publish or use information on the Website except for your own private use. Tikkio holds all rights to the content and software on this website.
Access to our website and disruption of its functionality
Use of software and other tools to monitor or interfere with our website is prohibited. You may not copy, modify, publish or use information from this site for anything other than your own private use, without the permission of Tikkio.
