Tikkio was created by festival people and culture enthusiasts, that wanted a safe, simple and smart solution for ticket sales.
The people behind our service and the goal is exactly the same as, when we started out in 2013.
"What you see, is what you get"
We only charge 4% commission of the sales price that the audience pays. There are no other costs for getting started, ticketing fees, transaction fees or anything else.
There are no extra fees for your audience neither, our price model is all inclusive, for all parties. In other words: completely transparent.
The Sting Principle
Many ticketing services insist on long contracts and exclusivity demands. We have no binding and our event makers can abandon us immediately. Our customers stay with us, because they're enjoying our service, not because their tied to it.
That's what we call "The Sting Principle", because there is no better way to say it, than his song...

Show me the money
It's no joke setting up events. It's you that puts in all the hours, blood, sweat and tears to get through to your audience - not us.
That's why all sales through Tikkio are automatically paid out to the event makers every month*. If needed, you can apply for faster payouts.
* We point out that we use Nets as a payment partner. In connection with you creating an organizer account with us, Nets will make a risk assessment of you as an organizer with regard to payout frequency. For the vast majority, payments will be made on an ongoing basis with a 30-day delay. Some will find that the payments are made less often or after the event.
Depending on which payment solution has been agreed with Nets, you will receive a payment report containing an overview of sales activity for the period, and the payment will be made to the bank account you have specified.
In connection with public holidays and "red days", reporting and payment may be delayed.

You can follow your sales in real-time directly within our Event Manager or in our stats app - and you can even share the numbers with external partners thriough a link.
We've also made it extremely easy for you to track all your traffic and audience behaviour on our site through the Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics with their Enhanced Ecommerce.
All the techy stuff has been handled by our developers, so you only need to supply your IDs.
