All information on Tikkio goes through the strongest encryption available and is secured by SSL-certificates (Secure Socket Layer)

All information about your account on Tikkio, including purchase history with bought tickets and products is being handled strictly confidential and within applicable laws and regulations, also according to potential concession established by Datatilsynet.

The same goes for bank account information, which is handled exclusively by PayEx.

We will use your personal information for service purposes to contact you, e.g. for cancellations, changes in an event's date or location or to notify you of other important things. The organizer of the event you've purchased items for will have access to your purchase history, but it wil not be accessible to any other parties.

Where do I find my tickets/products?

You can find a summary of the tickets and products you ordered and payed for under «My purchases». If they do not show up there, you can't presume they exist. If you're certain that you have paid for or printed tickets but can't find them, send a message to our support.

How do I claim my purchased items?

The QR-code for the associated tickets or products verifies that you completed a purchase. Present it at the entrance, bar or wherever you should gain access/delivery of goods. You can present it from the display of your smartphone or from a printed copy. Please be aware that this code is unique for the associated order and do not give it to someone who is not authorized to use it.

I didn't receive an e-mail with a receipt

This can occur due to a purchase being uncompleted. Please check «My purchases» to see if it shows up there. If it's not there at all, the purchase has not been concluded and you can't expect to gain entrance to the event. If you're certain that you have paid for or printed tickets but can't find them, send a message to our support.

I forgot my password or receive a message stating «Wrong username or password»

In case you forgot your password you can go to «Forgot password», enter your e-mail address/username and press «Create new password».
