AUTHENTIC LIVING is a course, a journey of self-discovery designed to bring ease to meaningful change towards a joyful life. The course is facilitated in groups in pristine nature locations, where OurNature creates a supportive environment for you to safely explore your true nature.
• DAY 1: Firstly, you will be invited to (re-)connect with yourself to better understand your true nature and listen to your deepest callings.
• DAY 2: Hereafter, you will be encouraged to lovingly meet yourself exactly where you are in your journey today. We will work together to put spotlight on both your supportive and limiting beliefs, then build intrinsic safety and deeper understanding about these beliefs. This process can be a powerful accelerator for a joyous change.
• DAY 3: Lastly, as you build awareness and safety around your deepest callings and limiting beliefs, you can rewrite your story supporting a more authentic you. And essentially experience the freedom and power that arises from knowing yourself. You will also be provided with tools on how to stay the course on your journey towards authenticity.
