Together with the rest of the dedicated volunteers, he’ll be serving a hearty, smoky Mushroom Stroganoff 🍛 that’s rich, creamy, and full of deep umami flavor served over fluffy steamed rice 🍚. And don’t worry, the stroganoff will be gluten free! 😌
Alongside, enjoy a crisp green salad 🥗 tossed in a bright vinaigrette as the perfect fresh contrast to the main dish. And to finish, you’ll have a chance to treat yourself to a homestyle apple 🍎🍏 crumble served warm with a generous pour of plant-based vanilla cream. 🤤
