Join us for an ode to fermentation and fluff with Żurek, a beloved Polish Easter soup, reimagined with a vegan twist and served as a final nod to Easter gone by! 🐥

Our version of this tangy, comforting classic prepared by our ambitious volunteer chef Marta and the rest of the volunteer crew gets its sour flavour from a fermented rye starter and is loaded with smoked tofu, crispy baked potatoes 🥔and other root veggies 🥕🧅 in a warming bowl of deep flavors and cozy vibes. 🥰

To finish, you will have a chance to indulge your sweet tooth with a slice of chałka, a soft, sweet yeast bread, served with vegan butter and jam. 😋
