This meal draws inspiration from the rich and diverse culinary traditions of the Levant 🌍, where falafel holds a special place at the table. While recipes and styles vary across the Middle East, our take keeps it simple: crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and paired with wholesome grains and fresh herbs 🌾.
