KW Folkekøkken: Tofu Bao Buns & Banana Spring Rolls

At our next week’s community dinner, we’re diving into bold Chinese-inspired flavors with a menu that’s vibrant, flavorful, and, of course, entirely plant-based.🤩

Our volunteer chef Benny and the rest of the awesome kitchen crew will be serving crispy tofu bao buns, stuffed with savory mushrooms 🍄 and a medley of seasonal vegetables 🥕, all infused with Chinese five spice, soy sauce, and other aromatic flavors that celebrate the essence of Chinese street food.

For dessert, treat yourself to banana 🍌 spring rolls, golden and crisp, drizzled with a light ginger 🫚 maple syrup. We’ll also be offering a scoop of vegan ice cream 🍨 on the side… if we can track some down!
