KW Folkekøkken: Coconut Curry Noodle with Tofu

This Thai-inspired dish is crafted with creamy coconut milk, fresh vegetables, warming spices, and tofu. It’s dish for the soul, hearty, soothing, rich in umami, and designed to bring comfort with every spoonful.

To close the evening, we’ll share a cup of hot black tea. Well, it may not pairs with the dish, but because our chef for next tuesday is Azerbaijani. And she says... "In my culture, every meal ends with tea. It’s how we slow down, stay a little longer, and keep the conversation flowing." 🍵
