The Assana sequence is somewhat challenging but still beginner friendly, as all participants are advised to just pick and choose the elements they feel comfortable with.
We start with a short meditation and a little warm-up, followed by sun salutations and handpicked traditional and modern assanas going from standing to sitting, prone and supine. We usually take a long Shavasana at the end.
