Rapparen KØBER er ute med det nye albumet Landet av melk og honnikorn, og i februar tek han med seg fullt band til VEKA i Volda! Albumet utforskar tema som friheit og ansvar, leik og forplikting, og spør om det er mogleg å vekse opp utan å miste seg sjølv.

Tekstane byr på humor, selvironi og sterke punchlines, medan beata kombinerer jazzy samples, airy synther, funky loops og tunge 808s. Albumet er ifølgje P3 sin meldar «40 minutt med smarte og morosame godbitar av nokre raplåtar. [...] Resultatet er voldsomt behageleg.»

Dei som har vore på konsert med KØBER før, veit at han alltid er fullt gassa. Denne gongen blir neppe noko unntak. Han tek med seg fullt band for jazzy vibes, medan DJ Mikke står bak decksa og leverer beats som slappar! I tillegg kjem undergrunnslegenda MC Magnus ,dette blir ein kveld du neppe vil gå glipp av!

Rapper KØBER has just released his new album Landet av melk og honnikorn, and in February he’s bringing a full band to VEKA in Volda! The album explores themes such as freedom and responsibility, playfulness and commitment, asking whether it’s possible to grow up without losing yourself.

The lyrics are packed with humor, self-irony, and sharp punchlines, while the beats blend jazzy samples, airy synths, funky loops, and heavy 808s. According to a review by P3, the album is “40 minutes of smart and funny highlights from a set of rap tracks. [...] The result is incredibly pleasant.”

Anyone who’s seen KØBER live before knows he’s always fully gassed, and this time will be no exception. He’s bringing a full band for jazzy vibes, with DJ Mikke behind the decks delivering smooth, laid-back beats. On top of that, underground legend MC Magnus is joining the night making this a show you definitely don’t want to miss!
