For Chef Marta´s 5th Polish‑themed dinner, we’re celebrating comfort with a plant‑based twist. At the heart of the plate: Kluski Śląskie, Silesian potato dumplings: pillowy, tender, and naturally vegan: glazed in a mustard, mushroom & cranberry sauce, garnished with crispy smoked tofu and fresh parsley.

On the side, a traditional warm beetroot salad (Zasmażane buraczki) to round out the plate with colour and winter comfort.
