This Tuesday, we’re taking a little trip across the Atlantic and bringing the flavors of New England to Valby with a fully vegan dinner inspired by one of Maine’s most iconic dishes.

Our vegan “lobster rolls” are made with tender hearts of palm tossed in a fresh, lemony celery-caper mayo dressing 🍋🌿, all tucked into a freshly baked brioche bun. Soft, creamy, tangy and full of flavor. 🥖✨

And because the sides matter too, we’re serving it with classic New England favorites:
🥔 Crispy potato chips
🥗 Fresh coleslaw
🫐 And a delicious blueberry muffin to finish things off!
