Vi i CHICKSA trivdes so godt på Bakscenen at vi freister igjen! Denne gong kan du vera der heile kvelden!

Vi er framleis meir Roots enn køntry, og meir Boots enn blues. Det vil prega konserten. Vi har sjølvsagt fokus på strilakulturen, og et skråblikk i alle retningar. Blir so kjekt- og du er velkommen!

*Konsertstart kl 21 inne i store salen.
*Etter konserten fortset DJLynglund med finfin musikk i Roots og Boots-sjangeren uti dei små timar. Baren er open!

Where do I find my tickets/products?

You can find a summary of the tickets and products you ordered and payed for under «My purchases». If they do not show up there, you can't presume they exist. If you're certain that you have paid for or printed tickets but can't find them, send a message to our support.

How do I claim my purchased items?

The QR-code for the associated tickets or products verifies that you completed a purchase. Present it at the entrance, bar or wherever you should gain access/delivery of goods. You can present it from the display of your smartphone or from a printed copy. Please be aware that this code is unique for the associated order and do not give it to someone who is not authorized to use it.

I didn't receive an e-mail with a receipt

This can occur due to a purchase being uncompleted. Please check «My purchases» to see if it shows up there. If it's not there at all, the purchase has not been concluded and you can't expect to gain entrance to the event. If you're certain that you have paid for or printed tickets but can't find them, send a message to our support.
