Join us for a high-energy session of speakers with a clear vision on the shaping of future smarter cities and societies. What’s the main challenges? What’s the opportunities for startups in solving global problems. How do we redesigning products and services to answer the new consumption demands of the hyper-cities?

Our keynote speaker Renato De Castro, has a reputation of being 3-steps-ahead of the game. He constantly travels the world as keynote to the most important Smart City events, and we are very happy to welcome him to OIW 2017 with his “Future Driven Innovation” presentation. Expect international cases, his version of the world evolution “200.000 years in 1 min”, AI -citizens, rights and responsibilities of the robots, and much more.

Torgeir Waterhouse of ICT-Norway is a strong Norwegian voice on the future of ICT. He will give us food for thought on the crucial issues of “Security and Privacy” of the smart societies. The challenges are global and so are the enormous entrepreneurial opportunities.

"When the things get smart..." Jigar Shah, South Mumbai Alliance, will introduce us to the future livable cities - powered by cognitive IoT. Be amazed of what AI connected things can do. But, what is facts and what is fiction?

Where do I find my tickets/products?

You can find a summary of the tickets and products you ordered and payed for under «My purchases». If they do not show up there, you can't presume they exist. If you're certain that you have paid for or printed tickets but can't find them, send a message to our support.

How do I claim my purchased items?

The QR-code for the associated tickets or products verifies that you completed a purchase. Present it at the entrance, bar or wherever you should gain access/delivery of goods. You can present it from the display of your smartphone or from a printed copy. Please be aware that this code is unique for the associated order and do not give it to someone who is not authorized to use it.

I didn't receive an e-mail with a receipt

This can occur due to a purchase being uncompleted. Please check «My purchases» to see if it shows up there. If it's not there at all, the purchase has not been concluded and you can't expect to gain entrance to the event. If you're certain that you have paid for or printed tickets but can't find them, send a message to our support.
