Hvert år kommer 3500 tilreisende til Træna for å oppleve festivalen hvor eneste framkomstmiddel er båt fra Bodø, Stokkvågen, Nesna eller Sandnessjøen. Træna ligger 33 nautiske mil langt til havs, rett ved polarsirkelen og er kjent for sin kvalitetsbooking og en sterk matprofil med lokal tilknytning. Tilbakemeldinger fra våre gjester er enstemmig euforisk: Trænafestivalen er det arktiske paradis.

Trænafestivalen 2018 og årene fremover skal sette fokus på havet og viktigheten av å bevare og verne om alt marint liv. Forsøpling og forsuring av havet truer i dag hele økosystemet og dermed også livsgrunnlaget for både havfolk og resten av dyre og plantelivet langs kysten.
Årets maskot skal være raudåta, en meget sentral del av livsgrunnlaget for hele torskestammen og Barentshavet.

Where do I find my tickets/products?

You can find a summary of the tickets and products you ordered and payed for under «My purchases». If they do not show up there, you can't presume they exist. If you're certain that you have paid for or printed tickets but can't find them, send a message to our support.

How do I claim my purchased items?

The QR-code for the associated tickets or products verifies that you completed a purchase. Present it at the entrance, bar or wherever you should gain access/delivery of goods. You can present it from the display of your smartphone or from a printed copy. Please be aware that this code is unique for the associated order and do not give it to someone who is not authorized to use it.

I didn't receive an e-mail with a receipt

This can occur due to a purchase being uncompleted. Please check «My purchases» to see if it shows up there. If it's not there at all, the purchase has not been concluded and you can't expect to gain entrance to the event. If you're certain that you have paid for or printed tickets but can't find them, send a message to our support.
