In Slovakia, Ryžový nákyp is a beloved classic: a sweet baked rice dish often enjoyed as a main meal rather than dessert. Soft rice and fruit come together in a nostalgic dish that many grew up eating for lunch or dinner at home. 💚
We start the evening with a warm bowl of mushroom soup 🍄‍🟫, full of deep, earthy flavors and simple ingredients that make the perfect start to the meal.
Then comes the Ryžový nákyp 🍚✨ and no, you don’t need to buy a separate dessert ticket this time! It’s all included in dinner. A creamy baked rice layered with fruit: sweet, soft, and satisfying.
