Danish doom magicians Katla bring a bleak and hypnotic new dimension of doom, blending atmospheric post-rock, sludge and progressive doom. Lyrically, they dive deep into themes of depression, shame, greed, guilt, the end of the world and religious manipulation, with their latest album "Scandinavian Pain" as a prime example of their vision.

Founded in 2016, Swedish death metal band Riket are less a traditional group and more a vessel of memory. Musically they merge punishing heaviness with moments of eerie restraint, creating a sound that is as aggressive as it is reflective, driven by tight, muscular riffing, relentless rhythm work and an oppressive, atmospheric weight.
