Euthanasia is a death metal band from the far north of Norway, originally formed in late 1987. Active in the pioneering period in the early ’90s the band did several shows in the northern regions. A 4-track demo was released in 1992 and a rehearsal tape in 1993, they split up in 1994 and slowly gained cult status in the underground. After 31 years of silence, Euthanasia returned in 2025 with a fiercely vital comeback set at Oslo Deathfest, proving that their northern darkness is very much alive – and now they bring that long-awaited revival to Inferno 2026.
