We are Frifelt — Shepherd Sound Systems’ residency at Tað Oslo.

For this edition, we invite our friends from the north: the battalion from Trøndelag (Trønderbataljonen), arriving in full force and bringing with them our first international booking, electronic music mastermind O/Y (pronounced “Oh Why”, a.k.a. Jakob Ahrends).

We’ve been fans of O/Y for years and continue to be impressed by how he expands the idea of what dance music can sound like. Known above all for his powerful live performances, O/Y is bringing his modular synth to Oslo, delivering the full Live-set experience: raw and rowdy, groovy and playful, all in real time.

O/Y (Live)
Electronic live act based in Berlin. Analog, percussive, deep, loop-heavy. mostly known for his expansive, often extended hybrid modular sets. Dub-house, techno, breaks and everything in between. co-founder of doubt records.

Slægi
Producer & DJ Known for his dynamic and positive sound. Based in Norway, he blends diverse musical influences to create a style that is both modern and distinctive. Through his music, Slægi explores creativity, rhythm, and expression, crafting tracks and dj-sets that resonate with energy and playfulness.

Schei
Schei, formerly known as helsekatten is a music collector and DJ blending sounds and genres to make groovy minimal house. Originating from Amsterdam's vibrant underground scene, the sound is shaped by dirty hip-hop drums, funk from '70s to '90s, and love for deep, rolling basslines. The swingy percussion adds movement and an organic flow, making it feel both tight and loose at the same time.

Organic Structure
Don’t panic, it’s Organic! Trying to improvise as much as possible, and holds the intention is to go with the flow and to feel every moment. Structuring thoughts and feelings through the rhythm of the beat, is a method found in any living system. Organic Structure is informal communication and an ability to embrace change.


This will be a proper treat with our Trøndersquad in the mix. We’re ready for another delightful weekend capped with a full day event by our friends in Grounding Sessions and Dub Bakery on Sunday.
