🌱 Special Vegan Dinner | UGE17 / SDG Week 17 🌱
As part of UGE17 – Week 17 for the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, @SDGWEEK17 together with @KraftWerketFolkekøkken invite you to a communal vegan dinner focusing on sustainable food consumption.
Our food choices are closely linked to several UN SDGs, SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), SDG 13 (Climate Action), SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), and SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being). This evening highlights how local, seasonal, plant-based cooking can support a more sustainable future.
🌿 For this dinner, KraftWerket Folkekøkken sourced vegetables directly from local farmers, supporting regional food systems and cooking with what the Danish land naturally provides. Ingredients come through KBFF, an organisation working closely with local farmers. The menu reflects what is in season right now:

Main: Celery root schnitzel on carrot purée with mushroom sauce and tangy kale salad
Dessert: Carrot cake
