We'll be taking breathwork to the next level, raising our vibrations through dancing and getting "high on our own supply"—our breath and oxygen.
Expect fast, rhythmic breathing, a strong sense of connection, and most importantly, a safe space to be YOU. This will be a powerful somatic experience, inviting us to connect deeply with our bodies through movement and breath. Dancing to the music naturally elevates our energy, and the breathwork techniques will take us to a whole new level of vibrancy and presence.
It is a deep journey within, connecting to who you truly are, letting go of stress, anxiety, fears. Through fast rhythmic breathing we connect to our body, because mind doesn't understand what is going on and has to let go of control, allowing us experience subconscious states.
Practical:
-We begin with explanation of breathing techniques
-Dancing mostly with our eyes closed
-We will incorporate breathing to the dancing
-Find some stillness and settle down on the floor to continue with rhythmical breathing for 3 rounds
-Round up circle
-Stay and mingle with likeminded people
Important:
Do not eat anything heavy 2 hours prior
Wear comfortable clothes
Contraindications, if you have any following conditions this workshop is not suitable for you:
Severe/critical diseases or infections
COPD-II and COPD-III - restricted airflow and breathing problems
Organ failure or late-stage terminal illness
Pregnancy
Cancer
If you have epilepsy, a pacemaker, or irregular heart beat (Exception: your doctor gives you specific permission).
