This workshop offers an authentic experience of Japanese calligraphy. In about 70 minutes, participants will create and complete their own artwork on a traditional Japanese shikishi (colored paper)

Materials: All necessary calligraphy tools will be provided, so you don't need to bring anything.

Fugaku Watanabe is a Japanese calligrapher with a Ph.D. in Calligraphy, blending traditional techniques with contemporary expression internationally. His career includes private instruction for Hollywood actor Brad Pitt and calligraphy supervision for major Japanese films.
