# Discover the Bubbles of Bairrada

Founded in 1920, Caves São João is one of Bairrada's longstanding wine producers. The region is known for its elegant and distinctive sparkling wines.

A pioneer of Portuguese sparkling wine, Caves São João has preserved generations of winemaking knowledge and craftsmanship, using the traditional method of production — the same method used in Champagne.

### Three Wines, Three Distinct Expressions

Throughout the evening, we'll discover how grape varieties, aging and winemaking techniques create different experiences in the glass.

Along the way, we'll share the stories behind the wines, the people who make them, and what makes sparkling wine from Bairrada so special.

No prior wine knowledge needed — just curiosity and a willingness to discover something new!
