Take a break and join us for an afternoon yoga class! We'll go through a soft flow and end with some stretching and a long, relaxing resting pose. Beginners as well as experienced yogis are welcome!

The class will be held inside Notanaustet. If the weather is good we'll open up for more participants out front!

Yoga teacher Erik Indresøvde (RYT® 200) is a music lover and Yogi living in Oslo, Norway, originally from the norwegian west coast not far from Bjørke.
